There's a couple of cars that belong to one particular house that are always blocking parking spots infront and behind their driveways in order to consume all the parking. Also, if I do happen to get a spot near their home, they will park almost on my bumper as if on purpose. These people never use their driveway. I've overlooked these small issues for many years but now it's effecting several neighbors as well.
