    This house has been under construction for a long time. The sidewalks have been replaced about 3 weeks ago and now there is a big pile of concrete and a huge hole along the side walk. Address is 1517 SE 7th St. The sidewalk at 1521 is also a dangerous trip hazard. This whole thing is an eyesore to the rest of the neighborhood.

    Corner of Sweetgum and s.e.8th street. Low hanging tree branch obscures STOP sign until you are within 50 feet of intersection when traveling North on Sweetgum.

    Tall grass on lot. This house was removed last year. Grass has been cut once. Trees are beginning to grow, rabbits and other wildlife is moving in including mosquitoes. Sidewalk is torn up. If this was my front yard I'm sure the city would have posted a huge orange warning on my front door a long time ago. This address is 1521 SE 7th street.

    There is a continuous stream of water bubbling up in the middle of the street. This happened several years ago at the top of this street and the street caved in. Would hate to see this happen again.
