are people allowed to park within the park? the street edge is really muddy and rutted.

the southeast corner of the morgan/west street intersection is in desperate need of repair. the entire corner of the sidewalk is a muddy mess and is not well marked.. Since there is not a curb cut many people choose to cross morgan street further east on the block (away from the crosswalk), which is dangerous and has led to some near accidents. the food hall attracts a ton of people to that intersection and the problems at this corner are only going to get worse.

it's very difficult to see the traffic light on west bound western blvd. the vegetation and train bridge combined with the road geometry do not give drivers enough toner to see a changing light. there have been numerous accidents because of this.

giant pothole on the exit from south bound capital on to wade ave.

Sign at Temporary Solutions building obstructs visibility for vehicles turning left from Timber Dr onto Crabtree Blvd. Although the sign conforms to setbacks; the road geometry and the size and location of the sign prevents drivers from seeing on coming traffic. There have been numerous accidents at this intersection as a result of this sign. Either the sign needs to be removed or the curve in the road and/or the hill should be altered to allow proper visibility.

Bench/Shelter is badly needed at bus stop at intersection of Peach and Halifax. this stop is used by the university, the neighborhood, the adjacent retail area, and commuters. more amenities are needed at this location

Crosswalks across Halifax St. Near Peace College are not well lit or marked. the 2 crosswalks are slightly over the crest of a hill making them difficult to see. Neither crosswalk has pedestrian level lighting, and only one has road lighting.

The El Pueblo sign is obstructing the sight distance for traffic taking a left turn onto Crabtree Blvd, from Timber Dr. Accidents or near accidents occur frequently
