There are homeless people making tent cities in the ravine between Palisades and the railroad tracks. I feel for the homeless people but when they live like this it bring decease, filth and crime into our neighborhoods.

Once a week the City of Corona Water District waste thousands of gallons of water while cleaning out the water lines on Greenriver. There are a couple of problems with this:
1. This is wasting thousands of gallons of precious water
2. The reason is it is being wasted is because the city planning committee did nothing to ensure the waterlines for Foothill Parkway had a place to go. If the water line clean out is not perform the quality of water is Sierra Del Oro will be undrinkable/unusable.
3. The City feels that it is ok to do this work after 11:00 pm. The reason I assume they are doing the work that late is so that more people don't see what is happening. The problem with doing work that late, is the City does not care about the residents of Sierra Del Oro and keeping them awake at all hours of the night does not matter to them.

I have complained numerous times and still this is happening. Been happening now for at least 6 months.

The water line needs to be fixed or they need to start doing this work during the day. The work being done so late at night puts the worker in danger and keeps the residents awake.

Noise, Noise and more Noise! The construction company is out of hand. I don't know who to complain to since their email address just keeps getting sent back to me as no good. Something needs to be done about the hours of work. They start some days as early as 5:00 am are out there some days until 11:00 pm. I know that they are just trying to do their jobs but the people in the community have to be able to sleep so that we can do our jobs also. Dropping off or moving heavy equipment in the wee hours of the morning is not acceptable. Draining fire hydrants at 11:00 pm is not acceptable, as well as a complete waist of thousands of gallons of water.

Please do something out this company. They DO NOT care about the community.

The construction noise at the Terra Bella construction site is out of hand. On a daily basis we are either woken up between 5am and 6am or kept up until after 10pm. What needs to be done to get the construction company to comply with noise ordinances for construction sites?

The ugly green fence that the construction company has set up now has graffiti all over it. This should be repaired at the company's expense, not the city. But it looks ugly.

The street light at the corner of Tanglewood and Greenriver has been burnt out for about 6 months now.

The construction company that are building the new houses in Sierra Del Oro have decided to use the sidewalk/parkway as a dumpster. There have been about 8 large black trash bags sitting right outside their gates for the last couple of weeks. It looks horrible.

I don't know who ok'd this construction company but they have been nothing but a pain since starting work. Heavy equipment delivery at 5:00 am on the weekends, picketers outside our house on a daily basis, trash everywhere, etc. They are horrible!

Can we please make sure that they construction workers don't move equipment at 5:00 am? The noise they were making this morning was unacceptable. I live across the street, I'm sure the people that live in the apartments right next to the road were not very happy.

3 months of complaining about the dip on Greenriver - 3 months of being completely blown off by the City of Corona. FIX THE DIP IN THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!

Behind the condo on the service road thee is a major drainage issue. I wouldn't really care except for the fact that it is gong to become a breeding ground for mosquitos. Please repair the drainage so that the water does not just sit there growing worse every day.

There is an access road the runs off of Greenriver behind the condos. There is a dead bird lying in the bushes at the bottom of the hill. It is either a Hawk or an Eagle. Hoping it was natural causes and not someone shooting it.

I’m hoping you are the right department to speak with. I live on the corner of Tanglewood and Greenriver. About 6 to 12 months ago some work was done on East board Greenriver and now it is causing problems. When Greenriver narrows down to one lane there is a large dip in the road where they did not pave it correctly. My bedroom window backs up to Greenriver and every time a car or truck with a trailer hits that dip it makes such a loud noise that it sounds like someone is driving through my house. This wakes me up all through the night and also wakes my dogs up and makes them bark (I’m sure the neighbors really appreciate this). It hasn’t been too much of a problem in the past because the traffic on Greenriver after about 8:00 pm isn’t very heavy. However, due to all the freeway on/off ramp closures and the freeway closures this is getting really bad. I had the joy of about 3 hours of sleep last night because of the loud noises waking me up all through the night. Can we please do something about this dip in the road because I lose my sanity over lack of sleep?

The traffice on Serfus Club is out of control. Now that it ha been made easier for commuters to take Frontage or Pine Crest it takes 15+ minutes to drive 2 miles when it used to take 5.

Is there any way possible to have sinage posted at Frontage and Pine Crest for NO RIGHT TURNS ON RED and also DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION. Commuters turning on to Serfus Club go through the red lights and block the intersections. Itakes it so the Commuters on Serfus Club only get 1 to 2 vehicles per green light.

Also please try to synchronize the signals. Some police enforcement would be nice too. Commuters put their life in danger every time they drive on Serfus Club. I would drive around but its 10x longer to go around to get to the train station.

There is a broken sprinkler head on the hillside by the park. If you are heading North on Serfas Club it is about 50 feet from the beginning of the bike lane and the sprinkler is about half way up the hill. There was an entire river running down Serfas Club last night. Also, why are we once again watering every single day? Residence are only allowed to water every other day and that is grass, there is no reason to water bushes more then once or twice a week. A complete waste of water and tax payers money.

There is a bush that is blocking 1/2 of the sidewalk, just needs to be trimmed. If not taken care of it will probably be taking over the whole sidewalk in the next week or two.

Please stop running the sprinklers all of the time. It rained for 2 days this weekend and yet every day we walk at the park something is being watered. This is a waste of water and a waste of taxpayers money.

When walking at the park last night we noticed that there was a sprinkler head on Serfas Club that was broken sending an entire river down Serfas Club Drive. Please have this repaired as soon as possible. Also, it has rained for 2 days this week... why were the sprinklers on anyways?
