    We thought then when the road was repaved last year and the storm drains would be repaired also. Today, even though there has been no rain for days, there is water laying in front of our house. We feel that it is the cracked storm drain gutter that is causing the water not to flow properly to the sewer drain. Can this cracked storm drain gutter be repaired on both sides of our driveway as the water also is laying on the other side of our driveway. Main concern -- mosquitoes due to the water not moving properly and the buildup of a sandy, oily substance that smells.

    This area has been repaired before. Today I noticed that the depression is back in the roadway at Mary Lane and Tarpon Woods Blvd. There is a nice blacktop job there, but the depression is right in the drive area as you head north on Mary Lane to make a turn onto Tarpon Woods Blvd.

    The house at 3241 Tarpon Woods Blvd, Palm Harbor burned down in Feb. I believe. There is no roof on the house and I am concerned that water is trapped inside of the house and, therefore, is or has become a breading ground for mosquitoes and insects. I feel that a cover of some type should be over the house while the insurance issues are being sorted out. I don't want our neighborhood overrun with mosquitoes, etc. from this house being open to the elements.
    Please check on this to see if anything can be done to better secure this house from the elements.
