The corner roof of the house attached to the church is crumbling and in need of repair. There is considerable trash (asphalt shingles and such) fallen down beside it. On the north side of the church there is a considerable amount of construction debris, piles of dirt and rock mixed with trash.

This is a property maintenance violation. That category needs to be added to this system.

The railing of the 2nd story porch has fallen off the house on the east side. One end of it is hanging onto the 2nd story porch the other end is dragging on the yard. Also, the house has no street #s visible which is also a violation.

And there is unpainted wood on the porch.

Two potholes in the south bound lane on North McKinley right by the stop sign on NW corner of NW 21st & McKinley. Both potholes are deep.

Big trash is out more than 3 days in advance. Our big trash day is March 21, and this is a vacant house full of junk. "Used as storage" said one person I saw there.

Besides the big trash issue, there is a considerable amount of litter strewn about in the grass and shrubs.

This site needs more categories. This complaint is actually for an open pit that is filled with stagnant water next door to the east of the Buddhawajara Meditation Center (between it and the convenience store). it is loosely fenced with plastic fencing, but any enterprising kid could get in it, and having seen the pit when it is empty, it is deep enough for a kid to drown in it. The stagnant non-draining water will certainly be an additional issue when mosquito season arrives.

This site needs more categories. The problem here is not tall grass and weeds, but rather that the stop sign on the Northeast corner of the NW 22nd and N Western intersection (stop sign for the westbound traffic on NW 22nd) is completely obscured by tree branches. I saw someone sail through it the other day without even slowing down. Fortunately, not other traffic was present on Western.

This is a vacant lot with a deep and dangerous hole that is not well secured. When it rains, water stands for days, stinks, and breeds flies and mosquitos. There is trash and debris on the property. The plastic fence surrounding it is down. I guess I can only upload one picture, I have a second picture which shows the trash and debris. I think this is a dangerous situation waiting for someone to get hurt.

There are two large piles of what appear to be big lumps of concrete and other construction debris on the empty lot on the SE corner of NW 17 and N Douglas. According to google maps, that address is 1340 NW 17, but if that is the house on the east side of the vacant lot, the actual location of the junk and debris is on the empty lot. It could use a hair cut too.
