We have reported numerous times in last 6 months. This lot is not maintained which invites people to dump dead palm leaves, trash etc. The tumbleweeds are a fire hazard in addition to a nuisance as they blow in our yards and is quite an eyesore for those of us maintaining our properties. This lot has caught fire before from overhead electrical shorts that sparked. We just experienced another major electrical short this time did not catch fire. Please clear the tumbleweeds!
