Rezident

The root of a large tree adjacent to the sidewalk has lifted the sidewalk causing an uneven area that poses a hazard to pedestrians. My son tripped on the uneven area and scraped his knee. I am concerned about the hazard. I am also concerned about the water meter that is located next to the uneven area.
