    There is a shopping cart full of belongings with a tarp on it under the trees, next to the fence between the library and the schoolhouse apartments. Someone has abandoned this. It needs to be removed as we have no idea if these items are safe, stolen, or if someone is setting up a homeless camp. There is frequent activity in the woods behind this are at night.
