Heading south on Six Forks at the traffic signal at I-440 West on-ramp and the entrance to North Hills East. On the southside of the intersection in the southbound direction, there is a hanging sign over the far lefthand lane. It indicates that lane to be LEFT TURN ONLY onto I-440 East. Wind or something else has turned the sign 180 degrees the wrong direction. The blank backside of the sign is now visible to oncoming traffic.
