    There are many signs posted on Penn Lane/SW 5th St that state "no parking at anytime". However, there are still many people parking on the curb. The road is slim and it makes it not only hard to get around the vehicles but dangerous for the many children who play near/in the street. On numerous occasions I have almost been hit "head on" while coming around the corner where Penn Lane/SW 5th meets Wilson.

    On Sunday, Dec 2015, the traffic light on Santa Feb in front of Walgreens was moving a lot in the wind. None of the other traffic lights were moving but it looked as if the whole pole hanging over the street could snap and crush a car that is waiting under the traffic lights.
