    Speed limit signage and speed bumps/humps needed in this community. Specifically SW 15th Street. I have only counted 2 mph signs in the community but rarely does anyone obey the speed limit. SW 15 Th. street is one of the longest stretch of road in the community and cars are always speeding on it. I have asked the HOA to address this and to add speed bumps/humps to the streets to slow down speeding cars. But they claim nothing can be done as the streets are belong to the city. Please address this issue before someone gets hurt.

    This car is obviously not working. It has been parked in the same place for over six months. It is parked in the same place as another car was that was blocking the turn and caused an accident. It appears to belong to the same owner as the last non working car that was in that spot previously. I am unsure why the HOA has not moved this vehicle. It needs to be removed from the street and onto the owners empty drive way. I don't understand why people park on the street instead of the overflow parking lots we have in this community.

    Double parked on road. Cars and emergency vehicles will have trouble passing. These two cars are parked like this all the time. No cars in their driveways.
