I asked the City Appraisel Dep't for Tax Evaluations for copies of all submittals and associated correspondence with City Link & Departments. See mail attached: With all due respect, I do not work for the city and do not have access to their electronic files. I would recommend that you call CityLink at 336-727-8000 with your requests.

Part of the damage are water & sewer connection repaired or created by new construction and part by large Trash Trucks, Recycling Trucks, and leaf & yard cutting removal Trucks turning the corner of Holiday/Wiley & Biscayne Streets and due to narrow streets, cutting the corner when after rain ruins the grass curb. The Mail delivery skidding along the grass also caused damage, so although this is City maintained area, I researched girls solution and installed special cement grids that allow a vehicle to drive over without damage. Also, I understand it is illegal to park on a swale, however, cars and SUV's often park with 2 wheels in the swale damaging the grass layer that stops soil erosion and enables absorption of part of the rain water.
