Close to ix of Martin Luther King dr and Constitution, there is a yellow bollard post that has been knocked down a few weeks now heading towards Romence.

Heading east on Romence - very close to intersection of Romence and Portage, dead deer on south side of road.

Please see 11/2 request for the city to address leaves being placed out 2 weeks prior to collection date..please have a city employee come out again to Rainbow Ct and Orchard Meadow to count more leaf piles..also please have the city respond to the 11/2 request as it has now been 5 days and no response..ignoring an issue is not how to handle something.

Can the city provide an update to the white enclosed trailer parked in the street impeding flow of traffic as well as the school bus parked in the yard..is the bus registered? Current plates? Bus not violating an ordinance?

Can the city explain then why, in the Portager, does it state leaves to be placed out by 7am on date of collection but not longer than 72 hours prior? The city inspected and noted today 8 piles of leaves that will now sit until 11/11; blowing not only on neighbors properties that abide that we are to do but also more work for those of us that abide..this must be a new way the city does not want to address with citizens not complying. The streets were never swept either after the 10/28 collection date. Taxes are high enough and now the city has chosen to not address this issue. If someone blows their leaves out in the street, they are notified so what aren’t those that put leaves out two weeks in advance as leaves blow all over the streets and into neighbors yards.

Leaf pickup in the neighborhood was on 10/28/2020. Several residences in this neighborhood (notably rainbow ct and orchard meadow) have already placed leaves back out on the curb and the next pick up is not until 11/11/2020. Per the Portager, leaves to be placed out at curb by 7am on collection date but not longer than 72 hours prior to collection date. Our family and other neighbors abide by this and we do not place our leaves out to the curb until we are to do so. Can a city employee inspect the neighborhood and notify those to remove leaves until next pickup nearly two weeks out. Thank you for helping us with this issue!

Can the city advise the best way to handle cars parked along a road with the upcoming no parking during a certain time with winter coming..several cars are always parked on Rainbow Ct and Orchard Meadow - if non emergency dispatch is called after 11/1 ordinance comes into play, and is reported to check for overnight parking on this/these roads if we observe overnight parking, can an officer come out and observe the ordinance violation and write a ticket? This is a problem for many of us in the winter with snowplow services as cars parked in the road cannot get the area in front of our homes plowed. Pretty much a problem all year long but more so when we pay for plowing and it can’t be done.
Thank you for your help. Maybe if cars are ticketed early on in the season it will eliminate those that cannot follow a rule! And if they continue to park in the street, another ticket will be issued.

The raccoon is Not on the freeway it is on the entrance ramp from Oakland to I94w..not sure what isn’t being understood

Issue number 8753936 closed for no animal found on 10/14/2020..as of 8am this morning, 10/15/2020, dead raccoon is still in the left lane on the entrance ramp from Oakland Drive to get onto I-94 westbound..can’t miss it so not sure they can’t find it

White enclosed trailer is back; parked on the street. A school bus is now backed into the property on the side of the house; current registration? Current plates?? Ordinance violation? Two jet skis parked in front of school bus.

Storm drain at intersection of Romence and Constitution is completely clogged with leaves and garbage. This happens all the time with not only this storm drain but many in the city.

Closed gas station at intersection of S Westnedge and Schuring..this has been reported before and received response back from the city stating no violation. The grass and weeds are over two feet high and the property is a mess. Can the city explain how this is not an ordinance violation?

Street light out on Rainbow Ct - the one out is on the court itself. The other streetlight on Rainbow Ct is actually in the cul de sac..very dark and safety issue.

Reported in June and July and catch basins still not cleaned out all along Constitution Blvd..garbage, grass, weeds in them yet when someone reports a specific catch basin as needing attention it is addressed quickly..can the city provide an update?
