    4th And Kirby - Champaign
    It seemed to me that the stoplight at 4th St and Kirby is not right. I sat on 4th St going eastbound for 6 minutes with a red light. The 4th St westbound traffic got a green light and green arrow and eastbound was skipped over and then it was back to green on Kirby. This was Monday August 21.

    The streetlights along John St. Between Wright and 6th are out. The streetlights on 6th St between Green and 5th are out. I observed this on Saturday Feb 6 around 11:30pm and today (Wednesday Feb 10) at 5:45pm
