    Since Google Chrome has come and gone they have left Utility Work signs at one neighbors house and cant cut the grass. Also another sign left at corner of Brooks and Banbury. Left equipment at park. This has been about a month and not seen any of the contractors for Google Chrome.

    When coming to stop sign it is hard to see on coming traffic coming up from Lake Boon Trail due to over hang of trees and bushes over side walk and also have to duck down to walk under

    Grass on side walk knee high, vine on mail box growing over and dog wood tree growing over side walk and have to walk around or duck Home on Market tried calling Carolina Realty solutions but no reply and no prescense that owner has done anything yet. Yard is looking awful and a disgrace to that beautiful neighborhood

    Owners at this household have ignored what I believe to be a crack in the water pipe to their house. With freezing temps this has frozen over and very dangerous with walking and running. Owners front yard by sidewalk is like a mud puddle especially after bad ran storms. Have to walk in street around this which is hazardous due to people are not obeying to the speed limits on Brooks Ave
