    The Oakland Ave. branch of the Harrison/Oakland off-ramp from 580 East has several massive potholes in the left lane, just before the stoplight.

    The owner of this home is displaying a very large sign on the front of the house, almost billboard-sized. It is covered with barbed wire and illuminated with floodlights at night. It is a nuisance and surely is against city ordinances.

    The whole length of the Numi Tea building facing the southbound lanes, and the brick wall that faces the northbound lanes, have been covered end-to-end with graffiti tags for well over a month. It's highly visible on both sides of the highway and incredibly ugly.

    I was on Lakeshore Ave. today about 1:10pm when I saw a guy in a panel truck pull up to the recycling bins outside of New Easy and other Lakeshore businesses, then start dumping all the cans and bottles into another bin on a lift on the back of his truck. This was NOT a Recology truck, just some guy's truck. I took photos of the truck and plate.

    At the NW corner of 8th and Mandela, next door to the foster program house, is a small strip of vacant land adjoining the sidewalk. There are two large piles of trash, one right in the middle of the lot, and the other under a tree at the corner of the lot.
