    Northbound on Lafayette St. at New Derby and Derby St. had it's turn arrows painted incorrectly.
    It used to be left lane straight and left. Right lane right. An ONLY has been painted in the left lane along with a highlighted left arrow. The old Straight was left worn and there's no Straight in the right lane. So, everyone is crossing the solid line to try to get over into the other lane no matter which one their in and it's like a crash derby with everyone vying to go straight from any lane. Please paint a straight arrow and put the ONLY in the right place, whichever it's supposed to be. A sign 25 yds before the intersection wouldn't hurt either.

    Heading east on Vinnin St, traffic could use a left turn lane into the Staples mall. As it is now, traffic coming from Paradise Rd or Salem St backs up across a couple of intersections because a person can't take a left or get out of the way because traffic is backed up heading west to Paradise rd. This would take a small alteration of the sidewalk and some line painting.

    The MBTA bus stop sign has been run down and is sitting on the sidewalk on the opposite corner of Beach Bluff Ave from where it is supposed to be mounted on Humphrey St. They ought to make this sign out of rubber with the drivers in this area Please replant the sign.

    The Humphrey St sidewalk, on the Millet Rd side, on the way to Pleasant St, the hill is reclaiming it's sidewalk territory from various washouts. It's probably going to take a backhoe to restore the full width along with trimming weeds and trees.

    On Humphrey st at St John's Church crosswalk two new solar crosswalk signs were installed. The eastbound side was damaged soon thereafter and the parts are gone, so I assumed someone was going to fix it, but it's been a while and I don't see an entry here. Is the town going to restore the eastbound illuminated sign? The reasons for install still exist.

    On the river side of Lafayette st, opposite Fairview and Rosedale a large branch has fallen onto the sidewalk and encroaching Lafayette St. Please have someone collect it.

    The crosswalk signal at the rail trail, forest river, and Lafayette St has been torn apart by the recent storms. The signs, solar panel, and lighting is in danger of falling on pedestrians in pieces.

    Yesterday 4:45pm I happened to be behind marked police car 22 with all its plate scanners and cameras and it completely ignored the double parked cars on both sides of Congress st. This is why people are angry the police know about a situation, and then make excuses about how they could have handled it differently. This goes on every morning 7:30 - 7:45 and every evening. Some child is going to run out in traffic, and the police will blame the driver, not the route car that's known about this for 6 mos or more that these complaints have been coming in.

    Just like the other complaintant a month ago, the micro bus was back double parked and abandoned this morning 7:45. There were two cars the other evening and one on the opposite side of the road. Couldn't the city at least pretend to put an effort into this.
