Some days it is a bumper and trailer hitch sticking at least halfway across the sidewalk. Other days it is 100% blocked by a car where you have to go halfway down the rest of the driveway to get around. Regardless of which car, the sidewalk is almost always obstructed anytime a car is in the driveway.

Now it appears the signals are not and it is becoming an issue because the north/south signal must wait approximately two minutes before traffic is allowed to proceed through the intersection. This is causing prolonged traffic backups in this direction.
