Neighborhood is being over billed on their water utilities bill. Meter being reported incorrectly causing higher billing, past 2-3 months. checked meters against bills, not recorded properly. i don't believe they are being manually read, some are damaged and cannot even see the numbers. some are buried under packed dirt like mine is, it took me 5 minutes to dig it out today.. others are so filthy, you can not even see number or barcodes..... My bill is normally in the $30s and $40s now and and since about a year ago its arbitrarily in the $70s or higher.. This is not right.
