Bicycle Repairman

what they do is jump your fence without your permisson and if it is locked they use a step ladder that is tall enough to go over it.(they also ripped off the hasp to my gate where the padlock fits on) I confronted them last week. and yes they did show an 'id" but not they did not wear ONG utility clothing I caught them after they had came back over my gate I never knew they were in my back yard until I caught the older frost beared man gettting a ladder from my gate in the driveway where they made lots of noise. (there was a yonger brown haired man shouting "no go that way go that way!" when I went out to see what all the ruckus was in my drivewy!
when I confronted them the older(middle aged 60's) man in a neon yellow teechirt with "LH" printed small on the upper right, he said "do you want to see my ID" I said okay fine! they showed it and I called the ONG they said they were not out nor had any work orders at my home. warned me about this. advised I call the local authorites. So I called the police. I told them of the situation and described this as best I could. And they did NOT wear utillitiy cothes they wore neon yellow teeshirts the had LH printed. drove a black unmarked civilian truck(I think it was a late model Chevy), not an ONG white truck! the older man was overly friendly said he had "knocked earlier that day and got no answer" so what did he do, jumped my fence without my permisson! very alarming! They are friendly but not ONG!

I am asking my neighbor to please fix his fence! his two dogs got in my yard today! I am the neighbor to the east of him! The fence is in need of repair and his two dogs broke into my yard!

it dangerous for cyclists to cross this street when no cars on stop light because the light will not turn green for anything that doesn't weigh a ton!

at approxamitely 2 PM yesterday afternoon a black late 1980s/early 1990s mustang tried to crowd me into the right lane and did not give me a proper full lane, additionally when the light turned green he stalled at the stop light and made a lude gester. I passed him and he yelled and cursed mem out his window and otld me to "use the side walk" the age old and outdated phrase where automobile drivers are irresponsible in not learning the rules that cyclists have as much right to the public roads as cars, I DO PAY MY TAXES! and I want this issue addressed. I also was harassed by him again at the Walmart exit going north from the store out to 4th street and another milddle aged woman in a maroon car who honked loudly distracting me enough that I nearly had a wreck they were both harassing me because I was a cyclist I want am putting this up here as I cannot remember the liscense number of these to turkies but want @#$% made public so awareness of cyclists rights can be heard there needs to be more restrictions for cars harassing us. also I am tired of cars not letting me through traffic when I come out from Walmart! AND THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! first of all, I obey all traffic rules I use lights day and night and I obey traffic lights but it is hard when cars do not respect my rights and thus make it more difficult for me to obey such rules. I am also sick and tired of all the news shows and hearing about how cyclists have been injured or killed. note fellow seeclickfixers, you will CONTINUE TO SEE ME ON THE ROAD AS I HAVE AS MUCH RIGTH TO IT AS YOU DO BUT I willnot tolerate such ignorant and jouvinile behavior form you! If I get your liscense number I will have your DL revoked! you cannot drive a 3000 pound car and act like a 4 year old!

this and many other traffic lights in Moore do not signal "green" for bycicles early in the morning when and if there are no cars behind to bring weight limit up to standards. this needs to be changed to signal for bicycles as well as cars. How can one follow rules that are impossible to follow in the morning or late at night when no cars are there behind in intersect. I propose either changing the law so cycles can use as stop SIGN when no cars are around or to fix the light to signal green at lighter weight on the intersection line. these are many stop lights with this deli ma for cyclists not just 4th/santa fe/SW134th. I will point out I never had the issue in Norman but I do here quite frequently when I am required to run early morning errands on my only transport, a bicycle!

I am a pedestrian. I do not own nor drive a car. I must always walk everywhere I go. every time I go to Walmart(neighborhood local on 4th) I get accosted by this sometimes vicious dog. I was attacked by it once at night and it even accosted me today on my way back from Walmart. I have put up with this on nearly 12 different occasions over the course of 3 months. this is not a one time thing. I usually have to cross the street to avoid him but he should not be running loose on a busy street attacking or even approaching pedestrians in the first place. he is sometimes known to be very vicious when is masters aren't around and has no right to protect a public sidewalk(though that is obviously how they trained him) the homeowners seem not to care one way or another that he is out, and quite honestly they seem rather apathetic to the fact even if the dog approaches pedestrians. However, he has been out unattended on many occasion when they do come out, the do nothing but watch and sometimes go back in leaving the dog. the dog can get hurt and so can anyone coming by. even kids he/she/it doesn't like! I am one to usually let things slide once or twice, however I quite frankly I am tired of putting up with this. and feel it is my duty as well as necessity to report this issue!

still an issue. nothing has been done. except he came over one time and made some odd claim that "two women in a black sedan(no real description at all) were watching my house. I had guess immediately, that this was a totally false claim obviously he was angered that I reported his yard and wanted to spread some kind of propaganda believing me naive enough to believe his completely obviously false claim.. His yard, in which, even now as of my third complaint, is still a problem, still the goose grass seeds blow ever and require me to mow mine much more than I would if he maintained it. This is NOT I repeat NOT an aesthetic complaint! it is instead, a result of being extra work for me for MY yard as a result! of the goose grass seeds from his wild grass seeding in my yard from blowing in from the west wind. He will occasional use his weed eater on the perimeter of the curb, but does not mow his grass in any respect! I called the number mentioned in my last report 405-793-5052 and this issue had been reported over the phone before as well back in June as well as early August on both this forum and on the phone. Other than weed eating the perimeter of the curb, which he does, he does nothing to the actual yard. this current photo was taken today, 5:01 PM 8/29/2016

neighbor neglects to mow their yard. this issue has been reported before. it was reported here http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2567453 on the 6th of June, 2016 at that time, it was taken care of by city ordinance (the city had to come out and mow his lawn), this action, via city of Moore ordinance was approximately June 19, I recall, yet the neighbor still doesn't seem to care enough to mow his yard. grass is now grown up as before and some of the seed grass's seed pods blows into next door neighbor's yards. this makes it difficult for me to keep up with my yard as the Goose grass, Duck grass or Dallas grass(or some sort of variety of seed pod grass by one of those three terminologies) grows in my yard form being blown in from his. the grass in his yard is nearly 4 foot high(as of now, July 3 2016!). the pods I now have in my yard are from his. though I mow mine regularly. I put pre-emergence on my lawn that boarders his from my driveway, this I did both last spring and the spring before and also must uproot the seed grass in my yard that drops off of the pods in his I have had to resod as a result of this and his apathetic upkeep of his home and yard. I also must continually mow mine excessively as a result of his negligence. If I do not weekly(sometimes more) the goose grass grows 3 foot within a day or two. goose grass seeds that blow over from his yard! and then sprout and grow in my own!
on a side note, his garage door is dilapidated, and additionally, his fence(bordering my yard but, his fence, not mine) and home are slowly following this trend since 2015. the garage door and fence are in need of repair, the fence, and garage door has been in this condition for two(or more) years, I'd say it was early quarter 2015 when the garage door was damaged he has done nothing.
