The apron to the driveway adjacent to curb/gutter is being lifted by tree roots. Any pruning will require access to the city street. The lift height is about 1" now and growing. What does the city recommend to stop the process of destroying the apron and street? The mail box has already been replaced by the owners as it was taken down by the roots.

This home and property are in disrepair and probably in foreclosure. It has been in this status for about 4 years. It is my understanding that the City has some type of ordinance to make repairs and secure the property from trespassers. And in add the cost to the tax bill that will ultimately be paid. It is overgrown and totally unkempt. The HOA property manager and board have done all that can be done. There seems to be a mortgage on the property for twice the BCPA list.

The property owner associated with 209th st and 210 St should maintain (as we all are required to) maintain from the property line to the Street line. Although this is farm land with cows, the city property looks horrible. Weeds and (grass?) are growing through the cracks in the street and sidewalk. It makes the city look bad. At least send the street sweeper down there once in while. It sets a bad example to students and residents visiting the West Broward High School . If the property owner gets a big tax exemption they need to at least landscape as all other residents do. If they are exempt from Code then certainly the city should do its part.
