Deep potholes on the 40 east on ramp.

People cut through the neighborhood to skip the stoplights at S Wilmington and Chapanoke as well as the stoplight at Tryon and S Wilmington. These people have no regard for the safety of the residents in the neighborhood. If we had a 4 way stop in combination with additional speed monitoring the issue would be reduced.

There is a family of foxes around the neighborhood and they are being aggressive with the residents and their pets.

I believe it is due to the rotting carcasses (and the smell that they put off) that are placed in the garbage behind the A&C Supermarket daily.

The sidewalk is very bad here with up to 5" drop offs. The lighting is also bad so at night it is very hard to see the issue.

Occasionally there are cars that will park at the end of the unfinished road and conduct business that is assumed to be unwelcome in our up and coming neighborhood. There is a need for increased patrol for this portion of the road.

There is a large dip in the far left lane of the road on S Dawson going south just after this intersection. People get scared of the dip and veer into the next lane over.

The fence has cut down on foot traffic through Renaissance Park but every day there is still trespassing over, through, and under the fence to walk through to the stores.
