    contractor was told to remove plastic pipe, which he did. he failed to remove the metal plate he put in, which is becoming dangerous. i would remove it but the cone. was put there.

    Contractor working next door I guess was leveling the rear of the property and on the 2nd day he pushed some into the alley behind my house, partially blocking my access thru the door, I said something to him that day while he had the bob cat, he did say he would do something about it, it's been 3 months.

    The contractor remodeling this house, put in large plastic pipe in to the ditch and filled it over with dirt. The pipe was to short so they built up walls and then put this grate on top. I don't know when it was done, but somewhere between Christmas and today.

    A tree in the easement behind 42nd St N, is broke and has come down on my property. I talked to the woman on 56th Ave N, which the tree is in the side of her house, told me to contact you, that it wasn't her property. The tree is on wires, and the more it falls the closer it gets to my shed, it's taking branches off my tree, which is holding some of it up. Can someone please come out to see exactly where this tree is? I showed her pictures, she said something about chain link fence, but most of it is ripped down.
