    The Traffic Light at the intersection of Corona Rd & Hidden Valley is unnecessary, as Corona Road is permanently closed/barricaded. 1000's of cars are forced to stop daily for a red light where there is no intersection. Furthermore, I believe the barricades "trip" the light & keep the light green for a blocked road.
