    Not sure if this has ever been brought up, but about a year ago some road work (run wiring? ) was done and 3 sections of I80 from I215 to 5600w were cut. They were filled in terribly with black top not concrete, and now they are like 70mph speed bumps. Is there any way these can be ground down to the same height as the concrete?
