    On the downhill lane of Snake Rd between Drake and Magellan the road is crumbling and cracked badly. I know Snake Rd is supposed to be repaved within the next two years. This year would be better. If not, then repair is needed.

    Substantial potholes at the intersection of the road and bridge. Actually, there are 5 potholes on Leimert from Oakmore to the bridge. I’ve had to slow down and swerve to avoid them.

    There is a pothole and bump on the eastbound side of the street on the edge. It looks like there had been a repair attempt in the past. If I have to hit it because of down hill coming traffic, it’s quite a bump. It’s across and down slope from 5727 Snake

    The paving on the northbound lane on this curve is so bad, I have to slow to almost a stop on my bike. Two holes have been filled, but, the road is dangerous for cyclists. The paving needs to be replaced with a 12X12’ dig out. I invite any cyclists from Oak DOT to ride over it. Please fix this.

    Pothole at curb on east side of Staten near corner of Belmont. Someone placed a rock in it to help driving over. This side of the street has a constant stream of water in it. A lot of the pavement had deteriorated. Ground water?

    The seam between asphalt and concrete on the bridge over the Thornhill Drive exit from Hwy 13 has deteriorated, causing a significant bump when crossed. I reported this last week. It was referred to Caltrans and Caltrans says it’s the City’s responsibility to fix.

    There is a significant bump between the asphalt and the concrete bridge over on Moraga, over the freeway off ramp. This is west bound on Moraga. The existing asphalt is deteriorating. I don’t know if this is Caltrans right of way or City of Oakland property.
