Storm drain is backing up after it rains (picture attached). Picture was taken taken approx. 30 minutes after this afternoon's rain. Storm drain on street and drain in Kimbrough St. Park drain very slowly after it rains. It often takes an hour for water to completely drain. This is the 2nd time I've reported this issue.

The sewer drain in front of 718 Kimbrough St. is very slow-draining causing water to back-up/overflow onto the street which causes the water to run down a driveway into the backyard of 718 Kimbrough. It can often take over an hour for the water to completely drain from the street after a heavy rain. There is also a drain in the park directly across from the street from sewer drain that is slow draining also.
