It is pretty near impossible to take a left hand turn on Semmes because of the suckers on the crepe myrtles in the median. If this hasn't caused a wreck it soon will. Whose idea was it to put a plant that notoriously has suckers on a city median strip?

Mainly yard debris although someone has dumped some garbage bags on the pile. Alley side of property.

This car has not moved in over a a week. It looks like someone is living in it. Blankets in the back and pill bottles strewn in the front.
