    ADA surface at the southern oaks playground has two.places that look flat, but actually concealing large holes. When you step on the surface, it sinks down.i saw several kids trip there. One hole to the right of the climbing wall and the other hole to the right of the alphabet hole. You won't see a hole until you step in it.

    The man hole cover is not covering the hole. I couldn't budge it. This is near the clubhouse and a place people often run. I worry someone may fall into that hole.

    There's a deep hole , like a water cover is missing. The issue is that this is where a long line of voters snakes through to get in line. I found it by stepping in it myself. We have covered it with a sign, but if you could cover the hole before election day, that would be terrific.
