This tree continues to grow outward over the sidewalk, making it impossible to walk down this path without walking through the property owners grass to get around it if you are anything over 5’5”. Id prefer not to walk through the grass as it’s often wet as is the case in Florida, or if seen by the homeowner he will be almost sure to start a conflict with you about stepping on “his” property. Be curious to know what a blind person would do if they were walking down the street feeling the ground in front of them with their cane…they’d have no idea this tree is coming up and would walk directly into it causing potential further injury. Home owner refuses to take any action about this tree and doesn’t seem to care.
