Both sets of cross walk signals turn on instantaneously which is problematic because pedestrians now assume they have the right of way as soon as they hit the button and start walking into the intersection without checking for cars or cyclist. I have witnessed multiple occasions where cars have slammed on their horns because people are careless.

Since people aren't capable of using common sense I suggest delaying the walk signal slightly so that the pedestrians have to wait 5 to 10 seconds before the lights are activated to let them cross.

There is a cluster of broken branches that are currently being suspended above the sidewalk after the broken branches became entangled in unbroken branches. In a strong wind it seems like the branches will fall down and could seriously injure someone.

There is about a 1' 6" wide by 2-3' deep pothole behind the Charles River Motel when turning onto Wexford St from Leo M Birgmingham Parkway.

Heading towards Watertown on North Beacon Street in front of Simply Self Storage - Beacon St there is a huge pot hole that is very dangerous for cyclist.

There is a small pothole in the bike lane near the Unleashed Pet Store on Harvard Ave

Commuting down the Cedar St. hill every morning I need to be extra careful not to hit this pothole on my bike as I almost went over my handlebars last week. This pothole is wide enough for a bike tire to fall into but not an issue for cars and is located on the right side of the road when leaving from Fort Hill to Mission Hill.
