There are two large pieces of plywood surrounded by traffic cones in north side of street blocking northbound traffic. These have been there for weeks. Never see anyone working there. It is an accident waiting to happen.

I am asking about the following questions here as I do not know where to get an explanation. I would be interested to know, after an altercation in parking lot and my daughter and I were both punched in the head hard enough to knock us down by a large man, I was left unattended laying on the ground while three policemen stood laughing and joking with the man off to the side. One officer told me they were waiting on ems for me which I understood but still cannot figure out why I was left unatteded until ems arrived, and why it took three officers to interview and crack jokes and laugh with the man. I do not know who to address the question to so am hoping you can forward to someone who can answer it and to also let my neighbors know how our city police officers act in a crisis. Perhaps more training is needed to avoid another situation such as this. In addition, I have found that it is a cause for arrest to defend a young woman and myself against a potential threat. Also, I was never interviewed prior to being taken into custody and when I asked two questions on the way to station the officer told me I needed to stop being 'feisty' and let them do their job. I would really like an explanation on why it happened this way.
