    Emptying dumpsters at 6:40am...again

    Can anything be done to enforce the trash removers to stick to emptying the trash until after 7:00am? They always empty the dumpster anywhere between 6:30 and 6:50 - which is too early.

    Could the last parking space of the interior rows of the parking garage be compact car only? Sometimes big vehicles park in these spaces and it impedes traffic, creates unsafe walking conditions for pedestrians, and increases the likelihood of accidents.
