Carway on Perry St, P&L Stedman St, Payne Street, the amount of vehicles are outrageous. Perry Street, you can't get by and P&L on Stedman St, you can't park in parking lot. There's not one space available. Payne Street and over crowded with cars, parts, trash, and filth. Is there a limit for how many cars one can have on a Dealer's lic?

Trash all along the sidewalks and streets. Tedishi's Manager states that they no longer have barrels outside the store. People that walk out of the store and away from the store throw the trash on the ground. What can be done?
2nd, Both ends of Perry Street are filthy with trash. 3rd, drive down Wamesit Street is a filth pit as well. Why can't people that are probation do community service and pick up trash? There are numerous other streets here in Lowell that need to be cleaned up.

When you pull onto the Pleasant St ext., usually there are several cars parked on both sides of the street. I thought that it's illegal to live in MA but, have NH & VT plates. I have called Lowell Police Dept in the past and the RMV. But, to no avail. To make it even worse, I pick up the trash from the beginning of our street to the end. My neighbors can vouch that I keep my neighborhood very clean. However, I have held back from cleaning the beginning of our street for I want the city to see the filth on Roger's Street and Pleasant St. I spent several hrs in that very spot last year and cleaned the trash. I was brought up with my mother saying have a little pride in the place in which you live. Can someone do something with this parking & trash Issue? If I have a family gathering I explain to my guests that they can not park in front of other homes on the street, but if need be, then park up at Fort Hill entrance as a courtesy to my neighbors.
