Left turn signal timing seems to be off during night time. It doesn't turn green when it should. As a result, there is a massive pile up of cars wanting to turn left. Some folks end up turning left anyhow when the coast is clear. Doesn't seem to be an issue during daytime. Located in the intersection of Birch and Magdalena.

Letters missing from signage on wall. The "M" from "Lomas" and the "A" from "Otay". The logo on the top of the wall also is missing.

Numerous patches of graffiti along wall, behind homes, facing toward the freeway.

I work at one of the businesses on Metro Street and I was wondering if there are plans to create traffic lights at the Metro Street and Linda Vista Rd intersection? During busy times, there is a tremendous amount of cars going through the intersection. As a result, drivers trying to turn left and right from Metro Street as well as drivers turning left from Linda Vista Rd into Metro Street end up waiting for quite a while before they can turn. In short, I believe having traffic lights at this intersection would help the traffic flow safer and better and make it easier and safer for pedestrians to cross the road to access the growing number of businesses across the street at the Presidio. Just a suggestion...

One of the signs in the intersection of Magdalena and Birch has green-colored graffiti on it. It is specifically located on the "eastern" side of the intersection. I was going to take a pic of it but someone placed a garage sale sign over it.

This structure ( it's a marquee "tower" that shows the stores (Home Depot, Walmart, etc...)located in the shopping center ) has once again been defaced by graffiti (worst than last time). This is the "tower" that one can see from the north 125 fwy.

Sign hanging from street light is hanging loosely on one side. Looks like it is about to fall off.

Currently when exiting the shopping center by Chik Fil'A there is a do not turn right on red sign. It would be nice if you could turn right when the eastbound traffic is turning left into the shopping center, particularly because it otherwise takes a long time for the light to turn green. This could be done by installing an arrow light that is red when Olympic Parkway traffic is going west and green when the eastbound Olympic Parkway traffic is turning left into the shopping center.

I find that the timing of the traffic signals for the Santa Venetia and La Media intersection is very slow and unresponsive to arriving traffic. Oftentimes, I will be sitting at the red light (in any direction) and there are no other cars coming the other directions.
