    Pedestrian crossing signals are not working at intersection of Monument Ave and Hamilton St. Have not been working for several weeks now.

    Sidewalk at SW corner of Sauer Ave and Grace St is a hazard - concrete slab is broken and sticks up about 10 inches above surface. This issue was reported on SeeClickFix last year (Issue ID: 1856082) but was never fixed.

    A "Stay in lane" sign has been at Malvern Ave & Augusta Ave for a month or so, with no current road work being done. Another sign is about a block south on Malvern.

    Sauer Ave at Grace St, SW corner. A city tree was removed several months ago from this location. The broken slabs of concrete have not yet been replaced and are a hazard.

    Jagged metal sticking up about two inches above the pavement in the middle of the intersection at Grace St. and Commonwealth Ave. Looks like it's a water valve box cover turned upside down and jammed into the opening. Hazard to cars and bikes.

    Tree branches on curb and in street, east side of Shenandoah between Monument and Grace (closer to Monument end of block).
  • Sauer Ave just north of Monument Ave - Sauer's Gardens
    Tree branch is split and hanging down into traffic lane. Cars have to swerve into opposite lane to avoid it. Near the intersection of Sauer Ave. and Monument Ave, just north of Monument Ave (on the west side of Sauer Ave.)
