    I live on the corner of N Second St and Bedford Ave, we have a tremendous problem with feral cats.While walking my dog in my own yard early Tuesday morning my dog was attacked and may lose his eye due to one of the many (8-15) feral cats in our area. I would like to have animal traps on my property to catch all of these cats. They are not friendly and will attacked unprovoked.
