Concerned Neighbor

I am getting very tired of constantly complaining about this property owners overgrown trees on her swale. These trees are humongous and are a big nuisance to my property. They are across the street from me and are hanging over the street into my property. This homeowner needs to have them trimmed back so I don't have to always be cleaning up her leaves from my property and my pool. Can the city take care of this ? Or do I have to go to your city meetings and have something done.

on the entrance to Pasadena lakes on 85 way and Taft street the trees there are overgrown and hanging very low and is hitting the top on the cars turning there. Will the city pay for my new paint job from trees scratching the top on my car? I don't think so, this city needs to maintain their trees better.

Is this allowed having a stationary boat on the side of your house growing mold and has rodents? This homeowner needs to move this disgusting boat and maintain his property. Has rats running from his yard into my yard.

The bus stop on the west side of university dr and pasadena blvd.in front of post office is disgusting. Full of garbage. Is it so hard for the city workers to clean up this garbage? Pembroke pines is starting to look like trash. How about installing a garbage can at bus stop.
