How is it not a violation? The DDOT permit number is issued for a VA plated vehicle and the vehicle parked there is a Maryland plated vehicle. That is not a valid permit and the personal vehicle should be ticketed.
It was fixed about a week after it was 'closed' by DDOT POC.
Closed as "Not Enforceable" - what a surprise. I guess any DC GOV can park where they want and how they want. Way to go!
How can this issue be closed when the No Turn On Red is facing down towards the street - its right across from DDOT Headquarters
