    Box truck knocked a tree onto the street. City of Richmond came and cut up the tree but did not dispose of it and left it on the curb. Citizens moved stubs onto the sidewalk in order to be able to park their cars. The city of Richmond has yet to come take care of THEIR problem and it's been over a week.
