(right in front of 10539 Jason Ln). Normally, I would have taken care of it, but its so high up I (we) don't have an appropriate ladder. Could you guys please take care of it???

(approx. 450 ft.²). Have sought bids from several contractors to fix, however all have come back saying job is not of sufficient size. Please help.

Runoff from both homeowner property and open-space is present on sidewalk for approximately 40 feet making traversing sidewalk difficult for residents with strollers and individuals in wheelchairs. Issue has been raised multiple times with CA and homeowners with no results.
