this is Private property. none of them live here even though the one guy claims they do but was kicked out and now lies about still living there. up all night making noise and drinking in carports. smoking weed in carports. illegal living in carports. this has got to stop. we all pay rent here and they don't and they have destroyed this alley and our carports. they hide behind the cars when CPD drives by. they are peeing all over carports and alley. littering. increased graffitti since Feb when they started showing up. last night there were two girls with dark hair, an older man, and 4 young men on bikes. the number of them vary. they've taken over our alley as a new tweaker homeless refuge. shopping carts with their recycling and belongings in alley and carports. their trash and clothes and shoes everywhere. we had to get a new locking trash can to stop some if what was going on.

As previously stated, this is a public right of way despite the county recorder property records. Public traffic uses the alley as a dumping ground for their useless crap, trolling down the alley in their trucks looking through trash cans, 4th street gang graffiti, parking for Corona High during events, and trash company uses the alley as well. It is clearly used as a public right of way and not a private driveway. Not only that, but the bulk item pick up has been coming to this alley to remove bulky items for at least the 4 years that I have been here.

You archived this issue but nothing was done about the graffit, NOW, there was a TON of graffiti from "CVL Lil Bone" this morning when you drive down the alley from one end to the other. Please reopen this issue and have someone deal with this. The last 6 months this area has gotten worse and worse with the illegal dumping and graffiti. Please help.

Several large items in the alley behind the 1100 West 9th block, entire south side of street. Mattresses, couches, stove, cabinets, etc. Please have them removed. We have waited at least 3 months on some of these items to be removed by the city.

This issue has been reported dozens of times over the past 12 months via telephone. CPD continues to neglect the phone calls so we are collectively going to try Click Fix to resolve this issue. We have 5 issues in this alley behind the 1100 block (even addresses on South side) of West 9th street. 1) All up and down the alley, but mostly at the West 3 buildings 1140-1150, there is parking. Oftentimes it is blocking the way for larger vehicles to get through. 2) There are a couple trucks that park further down the alley near the 1120-1124 address in between the buildings, not in the alley, on the lot between the buildings where the gas meters are located - this causes the Gas Co to not be able to read the gas meters. Letters from the Gas Co. were sent out to all residents but the truck(s) remain parked there every day. 3) The alley is being used as a dump site for beds, tables, chairs, children's toys, clothing, TV's, bookcases, and misc. trash.
4) No parking signs.are being removed by residents 5) Transients spend alot of time in this alley from beginning to end going through the trash and leaving behind a mess from what they dig out and leave on the alley - some of it in the way of traffic and you have to get out of your car and move this stuff

I don't know if you need more patrols that are actually doing something or what. We've seen CPD (on occasion) drive down our street and alley and not one thing gets addressed: not one ticket is written, not one vehicle gets towed, not one citation written to the owners of these properties.

The alley directly behind this building is a disaster - filled with TV's, couches, shopping carts, and trash. Please send assistance for these apartments - people apparently drive and drop their crap who think this is a dumping ground.

This last week has been a dumping ground in the alley. A tv, couch, shelf of some sort, misc wood pieces, poles and boards...and the 7 shopping carts are still there as of this morning.

Omg the sewer smell is overwhelming this neighborhood at times. I have no idea where it is coming from and it is not consistent nor all the time. It's like when someone flushes it's pushing the sewer smell out of some leak somewhere. Is there anyway we can find out what is going on?
