    None of the recycling has been picked up from our usual alley located bins. It's the alley behind Newton Pl NW and Otis Pl NW. 600 block. It's been two weeks now. Recycling is starting to drift into the snowbanks and make wierd snowmen.

    Hello! We paid for an extra recycling bin, and during the switchover to the new bins, they trashed both of the recycling bins . Could we get another bin? We called and the voice mail is full and no one picked up during normal business hours.
