    Traffic flow issues. Have to sit through 2-3 rotations of the light at 19th and shepherd as well as 19th and Durham to continue westbound. This happens during peak times. This photo was taken at 1:15pm on a Saturday. This causes people to make illegal driving decisions and endanger other drivers. You have got to do something about the timing at these lights or add a left arrow At 19th and Durham.

    There needs to be a dedicated left turn light onto Durham from westbound 19th. People cut off oncoming traffic, or create long wait times at this light due to poor flow of traffic. I filed previously and they said they increased the light length but there’s been no improvement - I drive this daily and have seen nothing but increased traffic issues with all of the businesses coming to the area.
