The Public Works Department has responded. We will repair the sidewalk. The homeowner must not drape the water hose they keep across the sidewalk to a sprinkler they have stuck in the grass at curb and gutter. We have pulled it off from right of way.

The Public Works Department has responded. A field investigation was done. There is adequate signage at this intersection: A no right turn sign, one way signs, and 2 Do Not Enter signs. The city will increase the size of the “No Right Turn” sign on the mass arm and will add a wrong way sign on the west side of Horne Street.
