The sidewalk to cross Wood St at E Grand River is blocked due to construction, but there is no detour marked. There is no accommodation for pedestrians and other users of the sidewalk.

One of the two green lights on SB Collingwood Drive at the intersection with Albert is broken. I reported this by phone to BWL.

Streetlight is out.

There is quite a bit of broken glass in street on Collingwood Dr, between Ann St and Albert Ave, covering more than the SB lane just north of Albert, and also Ann St intersection.

Red traffic light on SB Collingwood Dr at Albert Ave is out.

The pedestrian signal at the SE corner of Farm Ln & N Shaw is rotated by about 45 degree (probably from the storm 2 days ago). This doesn't pose a dangerous situation but should be addressed when possible. (Image taken from Farm Ln looking south.)

Several street lights along Lantern Hill Drive are turning on and off at minute intervals. The light at 952 Lantern Hill is one of them.

The left-turn signal for WB traffic on Grand River turning left into Farm Lane has the red arrow signal not working. This is the traffic light mounted at the SW corner of the intersection (the primary left turn signal over the Grand River left turn lane is working properly).

There is quite a bit of course gravel in the north bike lane along Burcham right in front of the ELHS athletics field. It looks like the gravel is used to create a vehicle access to the athletic field, but gets spread into the bike lane posing a risk for cyclists. If the HS needs an access there they should pave the entrance and provide a curb cut.

On October 26, 2015, at about 7:50 the driver of a red Ford Fusion passed me dangerously close while I was riding my bike on Collingwood Drive southbound, about 120 ft before the Albert St. Intersection. As the car had to stop at the red traffic light just after passing me, I talked to the driver, noting that she passed me way to close and questioning if she wanted to hit me. She replied that I should move closer to the curb, that's where I belong anyway, and that I should follow the rules. I have been following all traffic rules and was riding about 1/3rd in from the curb on a lane that is too narrow to pass a cyclist safely without moving into the other traffic lane. Based on the response of the driver I assume that she intentionally passed me very closely. I recorded the license plate number and the incident has been reported to the local police.

There's broken glass on the south sidewalk along S Shaw in front of the Chemistry Bldg.

There's a lot of broken glass on the street covering the whole width of the SB lane.

The streetlight on Lantern Hill directly west of Knoll is out.

The pedestrian light on the NW corner of Grand River and Collingwood Dr is missing.

The pedestrian do-not-walk signal on the south side of the intersection of the North Tier Trail and Lake Lansing is not working. The defective lights had been reported earlier this year and the issue was closed just a week ago, however either only one of the two light was fixed, or one of them is broken again.
