Dog, small dachshund, noted to be left unattended, back yard, 4330 34th Avenue North, barked on & off, entire day and evening of Saturday, 11/25/17. The barking did not stop until some time after 10:00 pm. SPPD notified. Report # E17 - 272703 or 5. D3 CSO notified. Telephone message delivered. On Sunday, 11/26/17, same dog was identified roaming loose front of 4330 34th Avenue North barking at neighbor. D3 CSO responded. Telephone communication Monday, 11/27/17 at 09:05 am. This is 2nd time reporting same dog, similar situation. Considering filing nuisance order of protection. Smacks of intended harassment to neighbor. All occasions shall be documented and reported.
