This is at least the third year I have reported this problem. Dumping more dirt in the hole doesn't fix it. It would be good to find a permanent fix before a small child falls in. Thank you.

I have seen it blow down twice, once as the park employee emptying the trash walked back to his truck after setting it up. It is now down again this windy day.

Sidewalk plow has knocked the cap off of a water valve sleeve in the sidewalk at the driveway to 71-92 Cumberland. It is a hazard to someone who steps into the hole left behind. This happened two times last winter. The missing cap is buried somewhere in the snow banks. -
