This is third time this season that I have had to file accomplaint regarding grounds keeping issues at Kingsman Park. Specifically, the park grass is being routinely cut BUT weeds growing along fence and on the sidewalk are not being trimmed/cut, nor are the city’s tree boxes alongside the park are being maintained.

Previous complaints 4/28/19 #19-002226363 and 5/11/19 #19-00252257.

For past week or so, this vehicle shows up and parks each day in an RPP zone with no evidence of RPP or visitor pass. Watched operator pull up at 9:00 am today and head off towards H Street. With expansion of H Street commercial activities, etc., there are numerous non-Dc vehicles that park on a daily basis in this block (as well at 600 block of 14th Pl NE and 600 block of Ellicott St.)

See 19-002226363 filed 4/28/19; flagged as Closed 5/6/19, yet NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. City-owned tree boxes and trimming of fence along Kingsman Park has not been touched! Same problem last year! Why would crew mow park and not touch adjacent city property. How is this flagged as closed when nothing has been done?

A little over a week ago, a GREEN TRASH TOTER appeared - 400 block of 14th St NE, by park across from Kingsman School. It is now overflowing with trash. Perhaps DC could pick up/remove this toter during their regular rounds of picking up trash from DC trash barrels.

Grass recently mowed at Kingsman Park, but grass along fence/sidewalk and tree boxes not touched? Why would the groundskeepers not do it all while there?

Out of state vehicle has been parked in RPP zone ALL week. It was tagged ONCE a few days ago and has not moved. Where’s the follow-up?

See 19-00126651 filed on 3/7/19. Desk dumped mid-day in front of 628 14th St NE. Received email on 3/8/19 - “inspected by L Bell on 3/8/19; street cleaning requested; closed out by L Dance on 3/8/19”. A dump truck showed up afternoon if 3/8/19, flipped desk from vertical to horizontal and then drove off! Desk still here as if 3/12/19!

Sometime this afternoon (3/7/2019), someone dumped this old desk in front of 628 14th Street NE.

Incorrect block designation - previously reported over a year ago. This is the 400 HUNDRED BLOCK of 14th St NE - NOT 1400. It’s been like this since new street signs were installed.
